This involves concentrating on the work or calling while breaking free from the constraints of titles.

    Ladder Leadership: The Ladder Leadership approach focuses on changing the conventional mindset. With an increasing number of women leaders of color taking the reins of top organizations, it is crucial to grasp our responsibilities and the path ahead. It is essential to realize that we need to enter our roles with a vision for systemic transformation, enabling future leaders to seamlessly carry on the work. This demands a dedication to collective solidarity among women leaders of color.

    Eradicating Lonely Leadership: I firmly believe that developing a leadership approach that empowers and brings joy is essential for cultivating a successful and fulfilling work environment. Leadership should not be about punishment or isolation. Just as previous leaders shaped organizations according to their values, you too can create systems that ensure your success.     Navigating The First 300 days: I can assist you in creating a plan for onboarding and envisioning, offering support such as staff and HR analysis, identifying strategies for staff turnover and recruitment. Additionally, we can guide you through the initial phases of working with a co-leading executive, managing departmental supervision, and developing strategies for leadership distribution and collaboration.

I offer an organizational assessment that concentrates on the readiness of the organization. Collaboratively, we will devise a tailored implementation plan to transform your organization’s dynamics for success.

    Systems Change: Ideation and development of systems specifically constructed to support your leadership and vision. These shifts are centered in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access and are derived from the idea that if the organizational systems you’ve inherited cannot support you and your leadership then they no longer serve the organization.

  • Getting The Job: I will help you analyze and understand the position document to determine alignment with your vision; I provide coaching and preparation on your application and interview as well as post interview consultation and analysis of feedback from the job search organization.

    Choosing Your Own Dismount: I support you as you develop the process for leaving your organization from strategy and planning, to using centering and mindfulness as you process your transition, as well as support for terms of resignation and how to interview legal counsel.
